Ryan hails from Fredonia, Kansas. While in high school, he balanced football, basketball and golf with a part-time farm job, helping a local farmer raise crops and fat hogs, a job he kept during his summers while a student at Kansas State University. After graduating with a degree in business, he began his banking career in Dallas. He has been a banker in the Kansas City Northland since 2011. In his free time, Ryan still enjoys outdoor sports and activities.
